Tim Bauer grew up in a small village in Bavaria, Germany. He visited the ‘Freie Waldorfschule Wendelstein’ until his graduation in 2019. He was actively engaged in his school’s students’ council and also an elected board member of the WaldorfSV (the German Waldorf-students’ council). As a part of the WaldorfSV, he organized multiple national students’ conferences between April 2016 and May 2018. The first contact with the Youth Section was in 2017, where he helped organize the international students’ conference 2017 “Challenges of our time – seeking for a global consciousness by facing myself” and he was also involved in co-working for the ISC19 “Courage” After his graduation, he traveled through the US and also within Europe. Starting in October 2020, he started working at the Youth Section at the Goetheanum, where he is currently organizing the ISC21 “Trust”.
